Four Things You Need To Do
- Step 1: Access your Voicemail Box
- Step 2: Record your Unavailable Message
- Step 3: Record your Name
- Step 4: Listen to Messages
Step 1: Access Your Voicemail Box
- Press the "Envelope" key on your Yealink phone or Dial *123
- Enter your PIN. Your PIN is the number 6 plus your Extension Number and #.
- Example: If your Extension Number is 101, your PIN is 6101#
Step 2: Record Your Unavailable Message
- Once logged in Press "0" and then "1"
- Follow the instructions in the Voice Tutorial.
- Press "#" to end the recording.
- Press "1" to Save, Press "2" to Listen, Press "3" to Record again
Step 3: Record Your Name
- Once logged in Press "0" and then "5"
- Follow the instructions in the Voice Tutorial
- Press "#" to end the recording.
- Press "1" to Save, Press "2" to Listen, Press "3" to Record again
- It is important to record your name as this is used when looking up names in the Spell By Name Directory if an Auto Attendant is used.
Step 4: Listening To Messages
- Once logged in Press "0"
