Four Things You Need To Do



Step 1: Access Your Voicemail Box

  • Press the "Envelope" key on your Yealink phone or Dial *123
  • Enter your PIN. Your PIN is the number 6 plus your Extension Number and #. 
  • Example: If your Extension Number is 101, your PIN is 6101#


Step 2: Record Your Unavailable Message

  • Once logged in Press "0" and then "1"
  • Follow the instructions in the Voice Tutorial.
  • Press "#" to end the recording.
  • Press "1" to Save, Press "2" to Listen, Press "3" to Record again


Step 3: Record Your Name

  • Once logged in Press "0" and then "5"
  • Follow the instructions in the Voice Tutorial
  • Press "#" to end the recording.
  • Press "1" to Save, Press "2" to Listen, Press "3" to Record again
  • It is important to record your name as this is used when looking up names in the Spell By Name Directory if an Auto Attendant is used.


Step 4: Listening To Messages


  •     Once logged in Press "0"
